Some gum surgery was carried out followed by composite resin being added to the teeth.

Patient presented with an edge-to-edge bite, and Tetracycline stained teeth.

Solution
Upper and lower porcelain veneers were placed.

Patient presented with a congenital mal-formation of teeth where the enamel did not develop.

Solution
The bite was opened and porcelain veneers were placed.

Patient presented with missing front teeth.

Solution
Implants fixtures were placed. Once the implants had integrated a 4-unit porcelain implant bridge was placed.

Case 6

Problem
Patient presented with an unaesthetic smile.

Solution
2 implants were placed. Once the implants had integrated a 4-unit porcelain implant bridge, and 2 porcelain crowns were placed.

Case 7

Patient presented with worn upper front teeth, and missing 1st premolars and 1st molars.

Solution
Composite resin was placed on the front teeth. Implant supported crowns were placed in the 1st premolar and 1st molar sites.

Patient presented with missing upper and lower teeth.

Solution
Implant fixtures were placed. after the implants had integrated, full upper and lower dentures were made to attach to the implants.
